Amazing delivery driver
Peter couldn’t have been more helpful when delivering our cross trainer. It’s a really heavy and awkward bit of kit and we were worried we wouldn’t get it in, but Peter made the whole process really straightforward. A true professional! Wish all delivery drivers were like him!

Brilliant. I have had a couple of experiences with this company. They keep you well informed, a phone call the day before to confirm a convenient delivery window. The driver’s contact you half an hour away so you are not on tender hooks all day.
A true gentleman
Our courier, Ian, was outstanding. He helped hand carry our goods into the location. Simply a true gentleman. If he is a reflection on thier company as a whole, these guys should be top of your list.

Today Chris came to pick up a same day delivery for our company, we were given an ETA of 20 minutes he was here in 10. He came to our warehouse door, we let him know we needed a few more minutes, he was more than happy to wait and even shut our door to keep the heat in. Chris is always welcoming with a big smile on his face, he’s a pleasure to have delivering our product.

5 star service, went above and beyond!
My courier Peter couldn't have been any more helpful, he truly went above and beyond delivering a really tricky item that was difficult to get through the door. He was friendly professional and turned up on time. Many couriers would have given up getting my item round a narrow opening and left it for us to figure out, but he persevered and didn't give up until it was safely in my room of choice. Fantastic 5 star service, very grateful.

The fulfilment house was incredibly slow and unhelpful in sending me details of the shipment, and I was unable to give Nick (at The Courier Company) any firm plans for date and time of pick up. He was so flexible and reassuring about it, and when I was getting nowhere with my fulfilment house contacts, he even got on the phone to them himself and managed to fight my corner! I am very grateful for their help and for going the extra mile to help us out. For the service I received the price is very reasonable, and I’ll definitely be using them again in the future.
