Josh Arbon
Josh has been in the courier industry for over 15 years. He won 'Apprentice of the Year' in 2016 which was presented by the IOC. He is very much a family man and when away from the fast paced business he likes to spend time with his wife and two children. Josh loves his football and rugby and sometimes you will find him helping out on the family farm, taking him back to his roots.
Richard England
Richard has been in the courier business for over 30 years he has a wealth of knowledge and experience, from starting as a 'man in a van' to now employing over 20 drivers. In 2019. Richard was welcomed into the Institute of Couriers at the House of Lords as a Fellow. Richard lives and breathes the courier industry. Away from the business, you may just find Richard singing in a band from time to time.
Eric (just Eric)
Eric is a valuable member of the TCCN team and the quietest too. He is often found 'lurking' in the boardroom, listening in to conversations and in his spare time, he often moonlights as a model in the shop window of our local menswear shop. One of Eric's most popular past times is to look out of the window at all the drivers pulling into the car park and then leave again.
Martin Reeves
Martin is our Ops Manager, the guy that keeps track on all the drivers and is at the end of the phone for any eventualities that may happen during the day. Martin started off his working career in hospitality then moving on to a controller at a well-known taxi company. He brought with him these skills into his role at TCCN and has been with the company for 9 years and recently won an outstanding contribution award presented by the NCDA in 2022. He plays in his local pool team and to get some peace and quiet you can often find him fishing.
Nick Thompson
Nick has been in sales for over 30 years from selling flooring, lasers, disco equipment and musical instruments both nationally and internationally, He’s a keen musician and you can find him in a band, on stage performing in the local pantomime or most recently directing shows at the local theatre in Cambridgeshire. Away from the hustle and bustle of a busy day in sales, Nick likes nothing more than watching his football.
Graham Baker
'Big G' as he is known by the team will drive anything and anywhere at any time. When not up and down the country collecting and delivery for our clients, he likes spending time with his family and loves heading off to watch his beloved banger racing, but not in one of our vans.
Damien Dudkiewicz
Damien was born in Poland but has lived in the UK for many years. He is fairly new to the team but he has certainly let his presence known with his dedication and professionalism for our clients. In his spare time, he likes to think of himself as a pirate and loves to find treasure with his metal detector.
Paul Aistrop
Paul will always turn up with a smile on his face. An ex-forces man who has been with us for quite a while now. He left for a short period but soon came back to TCCN about a year ago. Paul still has a lot to do with the armed forces, especially with mental health, running seminars, and being there for the ex-soldiers.
